On 26 November, Daniel Paul Dima will participate at the online Romanian Forum on Forests, Wood industry and Bioeconomy, delivering a presentation about the “missing link” in the value chain of Romanian wood products.
This year’s focus will be on the wood resource as a major contributor to the sustainable economic recovery of the European Union, within the frame of biodiversity conservation and climate change mitigation, and the role that Romania could and should play in it.
With one of the richest wood and biodiversity resources in Europe, Romania offers a good number of opportunities for investors interested in commercial and / or conservation forestry, as well as value-adding wood processing into traditional or novel bio-products.
